🚀 Project Spotlight: Converting Calgary’s Skyline 🏙️
Back in 2021, Impeccable Interiors had the opportunity to be part of Calgary’s downtown revitalization, working alongside ARCHICON Construction Management and Consulting Inc. on a major office-to-residential conversion project. This 41-floor high-rise was transformed into much-needed residential apartments as part of the city’s broader initiative to repurpose underutilized office spaces.
We played a role in several floors of this project, bringing our expertise in:
✔ Drywall Installation & Taping – Delivering high-quality interior finishes
✔ Spray Foam Insulation – Improving energy efficiency and comfort
✔ Framing – Structuring the interior spaces
✔ Fireproofing – Enhancing building safety
✔ Aluminum Soffit Repairs – Refining the building’s exterior
This project is part of a larger trend in Calgary, where commercial-to-residential conversions are helping address housing demand and reduce downtown office vacancies. One example is the recent $83.4 million sale of Westview Heights, where five converted floors significantly increased the property’s value.
It was a privilege to be part of this transformation and to collaborate with great partners like ARCHICON Construction Management and Consulting Inc.. Converting office spaces into homes is shaping the future of urban development, and we’re proud to have contributed to Calgary’s evolving skyline!
