🏨 Project Spotlight: The Westley Hotel – From Boardrooms to Boutique Luxury

In 2020, our team at Impeccable Interiors joined forces with Silver Hotel Group to help bring a bold transformation to life — turning a former office building into what is now The Westley Hotel, a chic boutique stay in the heart of Calgary’s Eau Claire neighborhood 4th Avenue between 5th and 6th Street S.W.
The original structure, a 5-storey, 68,000 sq. ft. office building with underground parking, had served as commercial space for over 40 years — most recently as the head office for Birch cliff Energy. When it became vacant, Silver Hotel Group saw an opportunity: rather than start from scratch, why not repurpose and reimagine?
💼 Our scope on the project included all interior contracting, including:
✅ Steel Stud Framing
✅ Drywall
✅ Fireproofing
✅ Thermal & Acoustic Insulation
✅ T-Bar Ceiling Systems
This office-to-hotel conversion was no small feat — the existing infrastructure posed a number of challenges, but our team thrives in complex renovation environments. From fireproofing to finishing details, we brought our signature attention to detail and commitment to quality to every inch of this project.
