We’re excited to be working alongside Chandos Construction on the Trellis Foundation Housing initiative, a transformative effort led by the Trellis Society for Community Impact to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for individuals and families across Calgary.
This development will deliver 50 much-needed housing units, helping address the growing need for safe, supportive, and affordable homes in our city. Trellis continues to do exceptional work supporting vulnerable youth, families, and community members through housing programs, emergency shelters, family services, mental-health supports, and long-term community development. Their mission inspires us, and we are grateful to help bring their vision to life.
At Impeccable Interiors, our team has been entrusted with a comprehensive interior construction package, including:
✔️ Steel stud framing — Full interior wall systems, backing installation, shaft wall assemblies, and structural support framing
✔️ Drywall installation — complete board installation across suites and common areas, including moisture-resistant and fire-rated assemblies
✔️ Fireproofing — application of fire-resistant materials to meet code requirements, enhance safety, and protect structural components
✔️ Acoustic & thermal insulation — improving comfort, privacy, and performance across living spaces
✔️ Suspended and drywall ceilings — including bulkheads, T-bar grid systems, and acoustic solutions
✔️ Taping & finishing — delivering smooth, high-quality finishes ready for paint and final touch-ups
