In 2023, we had the opportunity to work alongside PCL Construction on the Cooper Family Pain Research Renovation and Office Relocation at the Richmond Road Diagnostic & Treatment Centre — a project focused on enhancing healthcare spaces for both research and patient care.
Our team delivered a full scope of base building work and construction management, including:

• Steel stud framing
• Insulation
• Fireproofing
• Drywall installation
• Acoustic and T-bar ceilings
• Bulkheads and specialty framing
• Drywall finishing (taping, sanding, texture)
• Coordination with MEP trades
• Full wall and ceiling systems in areas such as Corridor
• Site logistics and on-site trade coordination
