Impeccable Interiors is proud to announce that we’ve been awarded the Metal Stud Framing and Drywall scope for the Power Plant section of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (RDRHC) Redevelopment Project in Red Deer, Alberta.
🏗️ About the Project
The RDRHC Redevelopment is one of Alberta’s largest healthcare infrastructure investments — a multi-phase expansion and modernization that will add approximately 200 new inpatient beds, 6 new operating rooms, 2 cardiac catheterization labs, and a new central power plant to support the hospital’s future growth.
Led by Clark Builders, in partnership with Alberta Infrastructure and Alberta Health Services, this redevelopment will strengthen healthcare delivery across Central Alberta for decades to come.
🔩 Our Scope of Work
Impeccable Interiors will be responsible for:
:- Metal stud framing for the new power plant facility
:- Complete drywall installation across all partitions and ceilings
:- Trade coordination with electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
:- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on a live healthcare campus
