Project Spotlight: Medicine Hat Mall – FreshCo Buildout (2022) 🔹In 2022, Impeccable Interiors played a key role in the construction of a new FreshCo location at Medicine Hat Mall, working as a subcontractor under PCL Construction, the General Contractor for this project. Our team handled both the base building scope and drywall scope, ensuring a strong and seamless foundation for this retail space.
Scope of Work
✅ Exterior Walls & Fire-Rated Assemblies – Installed new exterior walls as per design, integrating mineral wool insulation in fire-rated sections for enhanced safety and thermal performance. Exterior plywood, backing, building wrap, furring, and exterior insulation were handled by others.
✅ Parapets & Architectural Buildouts – Constructed parapets and buildouts as detailed in the architectural drawings, contributing to the overall structural and aesthetic integrity of the space.
✅ Interior Wall Framing, Steel Stud Framing & Drywall – Installed interior partitions using steel stud framing to provide durable and structurally sound walls. Completed drywall installation, ensuring fire resistance and a high-quality finish.
✅ Bulkheads & Ceiling Work – Integrated bulkheads for architectural detailing and T-bar ceiling infills to complete the ceiling structure as specified in the plans.
