We are proud to share that Impeccable Contracting, a subsidiary of Impeccable Interiors, is spearheading the Homestead Landing Commercial Plaza project as the General Contractor!
This exciting 4-acre commercial site, featuring a total of seven buildings, will soon transform the Homestead community, providing residents with essential services and vibrant new opportunities, including:
🛒 Grocery shopping
🏋️♂️ Health and fitness facilities
👶 Childcare services
⛽ A convenience store/gas bar
🍽️ Multiple food and dining opportunities
Out of the seven buildings, two are fully constructed, and interior work is already underway in these buildings, bringing them closer to completion. Additionally, two of the buildings are two floors, showcasing the scale and ambition of this project.
At Impeccable Interiors, we are thrilled to be entrusted with the interior scope of this landmark project. Our work includes:
🔹 Drywall installation and taping
🔹 Insulation
🔹 Steel stud framing
This project also includes prominent names like Tim Hortons and an Esso gas station, both of which are on track to be completed within the next few months.
This announcement comes a bit late, as the project is already well underway. However, we are excited to finally share this with you and will continue to provide updates as construction progresses.
