In 2022, Impeccable Interiors partnered with Fillmore Construction to help expand GoodLeaf Farms’ cutting-edge indoor vertical farm in Calgary. Our team handled the complete interior scope, ensuring the facility met the technical and environmental standards needed for sustainable indoor farming.

A Game-Changer for Agriculture in Western Canada
Located in Calgary’s industrial park on 108 Ave SE, GoodLeaf’s 74,000 sq. ft. farm will:
🌱 Produce over 1 million pounds of leafy greens annually for Western Canada.
🌱 Create 70 new jobs, supporting both skilled and unskilled workers.
🌱 Foster research partnerships with post-secondary institutions.
🌱 Expand in the future, doubling its size as demand grows.
Innovation in Vertical Farming
GoodLeaf’s farms use advanced hydroponics and LED lighting to mimic natural sunlight, growing crops without pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides while using 95% less water than traditional farms. This expansion, backed by $2.73 million from Alberta’s Investment and Growth Fund, strengthens Canada’s food security and sustainability efforts.
