In 2022, our team took on a rewarding challenge — transforming an old retail space into a modern, fully customized branch for Canadian Western Bank in Northeast Calgary.
Designed by the talented team at N53 Architecture, this renovation brought new life to a previously outdated unit.
Scope of Work:-> Installation of new interior partition walls, steel framing, including full-height fire-rated walls extending to the deck.
-> Construction of bulkheads
-> Development of GWB ceilings and drywall returns
-> Installation of acoustic ceiling tiles
-> Comprehensive patch and repair of areas affected by demolition.
-> Hilti fire spray .
-> cove lighting details as specified in design plans.
-> insulation, vapor barriers, and new drywall layers.
