In 2022, Impeccable Interiors had the privilege of delivering the complete exterior scope for The Shops of Carrington Green, an 86,000 sq. ft. retail center in north-central Calgary. This bustling commercial hub serves the communities of Carrington, Livingston, Lewisburg, Evanston, and Sage Hill and sits adjacent to the Rotary/Mattamy Greenway Park, a space designed for recreation and community engagement.
Our expertise in exterior construction played a key role in bringing this development to life. Here’s what we accomplished:

Now thriving, The Shops of Carrington Green is home to retailers like No Frills, McDonald’s’s, Little Steps Childcare, Carrington Optometry, Bae’s Taekwondo, and Royal Smokes, creating a dynamic retail experience for the community.
This project also showcases Royop ’s vision for mixed-use development, with The Jovie Apartments offering modern 1, 2, and 3-bedroom rentals right next door. Together, they form a vibrant, well-connected community.
