We’re thrilled to be driving core interior scope on the Aspen 1 / Palliser One conversion — a multi-million-dollar office-to-residential redevelopment in downtown Calgary that is breathing new life into underutilized office space right next to the Calgary Tower.
Our scope on this landmark project with EllisDon includes:

✔ Insulation
✔ Firestop
✔ Drywall Ceilings
Aspen Properties and Timbercreek are converting roughly 418,000 sq ft of office space into 400+ residential units plus amenities — part of Calgary’s Downtown Development Incentive Program to revitalize the core.
💥 This project is huge. It’s urban renewal in action — and we’re proud to be a part of it.
