As they continue to serve businesses of all sizes, we’re ensuring their facility is built to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.
Our scope of work includes a complete transformation, focusing on:
🔹 Exterior Enhancements – New sidewalks, paving, and upgraded entrance walkways to improve accessibility and durability.
🔹 Custom Millwork & Interior Fit-Out – High-quality cabinetry, storage solutions, mail slots, and kitchenette upgrades for improved functionality.
🔹 Doors & Windows – Office doors, secure entry points, exterior hatches, and new door hardware for increased security and efficiency.
🔹 Interior Finishes – Steel stud partitions, new ceiling tiles, drywall, painting, FRP panels, polished concrete, vinyl flooring, baseboards, and transition strips.
🔹 Mechanical & Electrical – HVAC upgrades, plumbing installations, intercom systems, exit signage, new LED lighting, motion sensor security lighting, and upgraded electrical distribution.
🔹 Safety & Specialties – Protective guard rail systems, new bathroom accessories, employee lockers, storage sheds, and vinyl decals.
