🏗️ Project Spotlight: 444 5th Avenue SW Renovation
In 2023, our team had the privilege of contributing to the revitalization of 444 5th Avenue SW, a 23-storey B-class office tower nestled in Calgary’s downtown core. Constructed in 1972, this building spans approximately 172,250 square feet and boasts a typical floor plate of 8,360 square feet .
Partnering with EllisDon as the General Contractor, we undertook the comprehensive interior renovation of 9 floors. Our scope of work encompassed:

-> Drywall Installation
-> Taping and Finishing
-> Insulation
-> Fireproofing
This project was more than just a renovation; it was a transformation that breathed new life into a historic structure, aligning it with modern standards and aesthetics.
