We’re thrilled to be driving core interior scope on the Aspen 1 / Palliser One conversion — a multi-million-dollar office-to-residential redevelopment in downtown Calgary that is breathing new life into underutilized office space right next to the Calgary Tower.
Our scope on this landmark project with EllisDon includes:
– Framing
– Boarding
– Insulation
– Firestop
– Drywall Ceilings
Aspen Properties and Timbercreek are converting roughly 418,000 sq ft of office space into 400+ residential units plus amenities — part of Calgary’s Downtown Development Incentive Program to revitalize the core.
This project is huge. It’s urban renewal in action — and we’re proud to be a part of it.
Even more exciting: this marks our 8th Conversion project in downtown, with more on the horizon that continue to build Calgary’s future.
